Custom hiking backpacks with your brand

Part 1: Discuss details about backpacks

1.> Customer request

Customer tell us the request about the bag:Pictures, drawing design or samples are helpful.

Also can choose from our design and samples.

All details can be custom made according to your requirement:

Styles,Capacity,fabric pattern,backpacks colors,structure,function,bearing system 

zippers and buckles and so on

2.> Make and confirm the samples

Make the samples as the request.

Check the samples with request details, and confirm it.

We also give the customer final price according the final samples confirmed for large quantity order.

Part 2: Sign contract and produce

1>Sign the contract and deposit

2> Organize and produce the goods

We organize the materials, also make a production sample to compare the sample we confirmed.

Our Factory QC departments quality control staff will  supervise and inspect the production processes in the workshop; 

customers  also  can send their staff to our factory to check the producing.

Part 3: Production check and payment

1>Production checking

We will inform customer to send somebody to check the production before final packing.

2> Arrange the payment and shipping

The rest payment will be arranged after the goods checked with no problem.

Our Factory assist customers for cargo handling procedures including customs clearance, shipping, etc.; 

After the delivery of orders, our service staff will check with customer about the goods situation and keep relationship both.

Below is one case of how we custom made hiking backpacks for brand:

First of all, Discuss and confirm sample details:

1)Style: MY5003

2) Capacity: 50L 

2)Color: Black

3)Fabric: ripstop and waterproof nylon, 

(compare polyester, nylon is more lighter , thinner and durable than polyester, ideal fabric for outdoor backpacks)

4)Patterns: Jacquard small square patterns 

( more patterns such as : diamond, Prismatic,honeycomb...for choice) 

5)Bearing system: Stainless steel frame with air mesh bearing system 

(Iron bracket is more heavy and easy to deform, breathable mesh is more helpful for Air circulation)

6) LOGO: Embroidery Logo, looks pretty and elegant

Secondly, we begin to make this camping backpack samples

Usually sample making require 5~7 days, if more complex backpacks, require 10~15 days.

Thirdly, Confirm sample and proceed production.

After client confirm sample, we will sign contract,clients pay 30% deposit and we proceed backpack productions.

Fourth, Check quality and arrange delivery.
