How to manufacture backpacks for brands

First of all, Discuss and confirm sample details:

1)Style: our models or your design

2) Capacity: Length,width,hight

3)Color: many colors for choice

4)Fabric: we main use ripstop and waterproof nylon 

(compare polyester, nylon is more lighter , thinner and durable than polyester, ideal fabric for outdoor backpacks)

5)Patterns: Jacquard small square patterns, diamond, Prismatic,honeycomb...many different patterns for choice

6)Bearing system: Stainless steel frame with air mesh bearing system , torso length adjustment back system, sponge backpack panel, 3D air mesh bearing system, EVA back panel...and so on

7) LOGO: Embroidery or print

Secondly, we begin to make this camping backpack samples

Usually sample making require 5~7 days, if more complex backpacks, require 10~15 days.

After client confirm sample, we will sign contract and proceed backpack productions.
